You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

Latchi Beach Villa – as it says on the tin, this magnificent Villa is right on the beach. This villa is situated in a truly enviable position, on Latchi Beach, and within a two minute stroll from the shops, restaurants and café bars in the popular seaside village of Latchi. With bright, spacious and modern interiors, and immaculately cared for exteriors with ample shaded areas to relax in during the hottest part of the day, this is the perfect choice for an exclusive beach villa holiday. The inviting private swimming pool sits proud in the centre of this sunny plot, with a wonderful barbecue area built alongside for lingering evening meals. With the magnificent Latchi Beach a hop, skip & jump away, and the trendy Latchi Marina with its stylish array of bars, restaurants and boutique shops a little further along the beachfront, we very much doubt if we could find a better positioned villa than Latchi Beach Villa.

The villa has 2 steps to access and a path which is 138cm wide. The front door has a width of 85cm and the other doors that access the pool area are the lounge doors which are 82cm wide and the dining area doors which are also 83cm wide. There are 5 steps which are 18cm in height each from the patio to the pool and 3 steps in the pool to enter. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 72cm wide and the widest bath/shower room door on the ground floor is 67cm wide. Latchi is beautiful and the location of the villa could not have been better - great outdoor space and pool (a little chilly in April), over the road to the beach, 50 yards to a number of nice beach bars and 100 yards to the harbour with a numbers of lovely restaurants serving the freshest seafood. The villa is huge! Two living rooms and spacious kitchen with all the facilities that you would want. Large garden with good sized swimming pool and a BBQ which we used a lot! Large roof terrace looking out to sea, with views of the harbour, or the sunset over the hills. Thank you for a great stay and we will 100% be back to Cyprus!

The villa was a great place to stay with stunning views and proximity to the beach and the local restaurants. The pool was awesome and Louie the pool guy was friendly and always popping in to make sure the pool water was near perfect. We didn't swim much in it as the ocean was better..clear Mediterrean water..you can't beat it. Towel service was great, ladies were friendly and yet discrete.We will be back again and we will definitely be using Solmar Villas again. Thank you

The villa was very close to all the amenities of the resort and in a lovely quiet location over looking the beach/sea. The balcony on top of the villa had beautiful views and was a joy to have a meal/drink on. Also the grandchildren loved the pool and it was hard to prise them out of it! The whole family had an excellent time and would have loved to stay for longer than the one week we had booked.

The pool was a great size and maintained regularly. The villa was clean and spacious and had all amenities provided. The air conditioning was efficient and a necessity in August. The beach was across the road and although there is a car park in front of it.
