Lovely villa in a great location. Latchi was a really nice resort with some fantastic restaurants a few minutes walk away. The villa was comfortable and clean though a few things could do with updating. Pool area was spacious and comfy and had a good bbq area (kept husband happy!). Pool itself was lovely. The one thing I would mention is the road between the villa and the beach was noisy and busier than I’d expected. It’s a trade off for the fantastic location. It didn’t bother us much as living in London we are used to traffic noise but it might do for some people if you are looking for total peace and quiet also the nearby bars were loud but only on Friday and Saturday nights but again it’s a trade off for being so close to everything. Easy and pretty quick drive from Paphos airport. Great supermarket in Polis a 10 min drive away. Would go back!

It's all about the location. Metres from the beach, 5 mins walk to bars and restaurants and a couple more minutes to a lovely harbour. Latchi is all about relaxation. Villa was lovely. Great outdoor space with a good sized pool. The best part of the villa is the roof terrace. What a space, beautiful for watching the sunrise and sunset. The roof terrace could benefit from some sofa style seating and possibly table football or other activity in addition to the table and chairs, it's just such a good space which could be made amazing. Shower cubicle in en-suite is small and very worn in the shower tray. Only other thing was that I would have liked access to a broom and mop and bucket. A few times the floor on the patio became wet and was a slip hazard. Fantastic holiday and we will be coming back.

The villa has 2 steps to access and a path which is 138cm wide. The front door has a width of 85cm and the other doors that access the pool area are the lounge doors which are 82cm wide and the dining area doors which are also 83cm wide. There are 5 steps which are 18cm in height each from the patio to the pool and 3 steps in the pool to enter. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 72cm wide and the widest bath/shower room door on the ground floor is 67cm wide. Both the doors into the kitchen and the lounge area have width of 90cm. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
