There are 2 steps from the entrance leading up to the open plan living area, the lounge and kitchen/dining room doors are 158cm wide, there are 3 steps from the living area leading down to the lower level, on this level there is a utility room and table tennis area. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 83cm wide, the path to the pool is 540cm wide. The outside grounds are flat, paved stoned and even. The pool has steps. The ground floor bedroom door is 73cm wide and the ground floor bathroom door is 66cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom. There are 11 steps leading to the first floor level.
