To access the villa there is a path which is 80cm wide alongside 4 steps. The front door has a width of 93cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 88cm wide. Leaving the villa via the patio doors, you step out onto a raised terrace, with one step leading down to the pool area. The pool is surrounded by tiled flooring and enclosed by mature gardens that wrap around the villa and grounds. To one side, there is a covered pergola housing a pool table, while the surrounding gardens feature established shrubs and pathways set among gravel areas. This is a ground floor villa. The twin bedrooms door is 74cm wide, whilst the shower room door is 84cm wide. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 170cm wide and the door into the lounge area is also 170cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
