To access the villa there is a path which is 320cm wide, leading to 2 steps to the front door, the front door is 70cm wide. The lounge door is 170cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 180cm wide, the living area is open plan, there is a guest WC on the ground floor level. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 110cm, the path to the pool is 348cm wide. The pool/terrace grounds are paved stoned and tiled, the garden borders are gravelled with shrubbery. The pool has steps. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor level. There are 17 steps leading to the first floor level.
