To access the villa there is a path which is 94cm wide alongside 2 steps. The front door has a width of 84cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 98cm wide. The villa grounds are mostly flat, with tiled areas surrounding the pool and artificial grass gardens. These are bordered by mature bushes, with a small gravel section to one side of the villa. This is a ground floor property with interior steps. From the front door, three steps lead down into the lounge area. Turning right from the lounge provides access to the bedrooms. The double bedroom door is 80cm wide, whilst the family shower room door is 66cm wide. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 84cm wide and the door into the lounge area is also 84cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
