To access the villa there is a path which is 120cm wide, leading to 7 steps to the front door, the front door is 90cm wide. The lounge door is 200cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 205cm wide, the living area is open plan. To access the pool area there is a door which is 94cm wide, the path to the pool is 457cm wide. The pool/terrace grounds are flat, tiled and even, the garden grounds are gravelled with shrubbery and trees. The pool has steps. There are three double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms on the ground floor level. There are 17 steps leading down to the lower floor level, on this level there are two twin bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.
