Positives The location was perfect. 5 minutes walk into the bars and restuarants. The villa was clean and palatial; lots of space. An abundance of towels. Plenty of storage space and great views from the balcony. Pool was fantastic, although no sign of the pool cleaner. Negatives The sunloungers with the single bolt on the adjustable back are unsafe. Four sunloungers broke on us on the holiday as the bolt being the single point of failure eah time. I opted for the loungers that had been locally modified using nuts, bolts and washers. I also checked them twice daily. This is a serious health and safety issue and we alerted Solmar The shower in the en suite needs to be replaced. I had to fix it a number of times. It is dirty and mouldy. Lack of basics, like salt, pepper, and clothes washing powder or pods. This would be a nice touch. Even as an engineer, I could not get the TV to work, but who goes on holiday to watch TV when the grounds and pool are so nice.

Lovely villa with fabulous garden. Well kept, spacious, bright and located only a couple of minutes' walk from the main supermarket and the Coral Bay resort centre. Only downside is the lack of complete contact from Solmar Villas. There is no rep in the resort, which means that several items had not been checked. For example, the batteries in the smoke alarm and in the aircon remote controls were not working, so we had to replace them ourselves. The pool wasn't cleaned as regularly as stated on Solmar Villas' website. It was only cleaned once after we contacted Solmar Villa.

The villa was exactly as described and very clean The location was perfect with the beach, bars, restaurants and an excellent supermarket all within walking distance. The pool was lovely and was cleaned twice during our weeks stay We are returning later in the year with elderly parents and one thing that would be very helpful would be to have a higher bed in the downstairs bedroom

To access the villa there is a path wich 160cm wide, leading to 2 steps to the front door, the front door is 88cm wide. The lounge door is 80cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 85cm wide, the living area is open plan. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 88cm wide, there is a step down from the terrace to the pool area, the path to the pool is 103cm wide. The pool/terrace grounds are flat, paved stoned and even, the garden ground borders are gravelled with shrubbery. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps. The ground floor bedroom door is 70cm wide and the ground floor bathroom door is 67cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom. There are 19 steps leading to the first floor level.
