The area where the villa is situated is hilly and mountainous, the road leading up towards the villa is extremely steep. When accessing the property there is a slight incline on the driveway. To access the villa there is a path which is 270cm wide, leading to 2 steps to the front door, the front door is 95cm wide. The lounge door is 196cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 74cm wide, the living area is open plan, there is a guest WC on the ground floor level. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 123cm wide, there are 5 steps down from the terrace to the pool area, the path to the pool is 81cm wide, the pool grounds are fairly compact with narrow pathways. The pool/terrace grounds are flat, paved stoned and even, the garden grounds are gravelled with shrubbery. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor level. There are 17 steps leading to the first floor level. The bedroom doors are 73cm wide and the bathroom doors are 67cm wide.
