The villa is on one level. To access the villa there is a path which is 165cm wide, leading to 5 steps to the front door, the front door is 93cm wide. The lounge door is 130cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 66cm wide, the living area is open plan. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 70cm wide, there are 2 steps from the terrace to the pool area, the path to the pool is 360cm wide. The pool/terrace grounds are flat, tiled and even, the garden grounds are gravelled and grassed. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps.
