To access the villa there is a path which is 60cm wide alongside 3 steps. The front door has a width of 76cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 157cm wide. Leaving the villa via the patio doors, you step onto a covered terrace, followed by a single step down to the pool area, which is flat, tiled, and enclosed by railings. This is a ground-floor property with a lower ground floor garage. The ground floor double bedroom has a width of 80cm, whilst the family shower room door is 73cm wide. There are 15 steps down to the garage. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 200cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 180cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
