When entering the villa through the gates, there are 3 steps to the path. The path is 190cm wide leading to the front door, alongside a further 2 steps. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace area is 83cm wide. There is a small step down from the patio/dining area to the pool area. The path to the pool area is 150cm wide, flat, and has crazy paving. The pool has step access. Inside, there are 3 steps leading down to the kitchen/living area. On the ground floor, the twin bedroom door is 76cm, whilst the bathroom door is 65cm wide. There are 19 steps to the first floor, where the bedroom with the widest door is 76cm, and the bathroom door is 65cm wide.
