You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Villa Coral Bay is a truly exceptional newly constructed villa positioned in an ideal location, very close to the lovely sandy beaches, bars, restaurants and shops in nearby Coral Bay itself, but nicely tucked away for peace and privacy, the very best of both worlds really! The interiors are very modern, chic, bright and spacious; emanating a very up-market and classy ambiance to this somewhat splendid villa. The kitchen boasts all the necessary essentials and a selection of local shops are located a short stroll away, allowing you to stock up the fridge and cupboards rather easily and effortlessly. The lovely al fresco dining terrace area next to the pool provides the perfect place for lazy lunches or lingering evening meals whilst sipping a chilled drink and supervising the children splashing about in the pool. The fabulous sandy beaches along in nearby Coral Bay are utterly gorgeous and perfect for families with young children, with a vast & eclectic selection of restaurants and cocktail bars to cater for all tastes and budgets. For those wishing to visit nearby Paphos with its vast selection of shops, restaurants and nightlife, as well as its fantastic harbour/marina, there are regular buses leaving from Coral Bay.

Villa had everything we needed for a relaxing break away from it all. Its a little out of the way but only a short bus ride from Coral Bay. A fantastic restaurant called Porto antico is a short stroll away and Corallia Beach is a 10 minute stroll.

Fantastic villa. Great facilities and pool which felt private despite being close to other villas. Newly built so rooms were clean and modern. Walking distance to supermarket, beach and a couple of bars and 7/8 euros taxi journey to Coral bay bars or Peyia. Would 100% recommend to book. Solmar Villas were very organised despite it being a last minute booking.

We were a party of three adults and the villa provided us with more than enough space and was light and airy. There is an excellent outside seating and lounging area and good BBQ facilities. The pool is a good size and very clean and the gardens are well presented. Whilst other properties are in close proximity they are positioned in order to provide each one reasonable amount of privacy.

Villa was beautifully designed, clean, modern and had everything needed for a holiday. Was pleasantly surprised. The location was great just off the costal road in a cul de sac. Very quiet and peaceful but all amenities close by. For night life, it was just a short drive - 5 minutes up the costal road beautiful scenery. Was so nice I plan to return in the summer.
