Managed to speak to someone quickly and they emailed information promptly and had listened to what I needed so service was good.. spoke to someone different the next day and all the information had been recorded so the conversation was easy . Biggest benefit was talking to a real person and not having to navigate lots of AI conversations /options .
The phone is answered quickly, staff are polite, helpful and knowledgeable. If you have a query they are always happy to help or sort any problems. We would definitely recommend Solmar.

To access the villa there is a path which is 125cm wide, leading to 3 steps, (in between these steps there are 4 large stepping stones) to the front door which is 85cm wide. The lounge door is 105cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 68cm wide, the living area is open plan. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 150cm wide, the path to the pool is 275cm wide, there are multiple steps on either side of the pool area leading down to the gardens, there is also a step into the outside shower. The outside grounds are flat. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps. The ground floor bedroom doors are 68cm wide and the ground floor bathroom door is 70cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom. There are 17 steps leading to the first floor level.
