Managed to speak to someone quickly and they emailed information promptly and had listened to what I needed so service was good.. spoke to someone different the next day and all the information had been recorded so the conversation was easy . Biggest benefit was talking to a real person and not having to navigate lots of AI conversations /options .
The phone is answered quickly, staff are polite, helpful and knowledgeable. If you have a query they are always happy to help or sort any problems. We would definitely recommend Solmar.

To access the villa there is a path which is 84cm wide alongside 3 steps. The front door has a width of 85cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 81cm wide. The path to the pool area is 87cm wide, where the terrace is relatively flat, but made up of crazy paving which can be bumpy in places. The pool requires ladder access. The double bedroom on the ground floor has a door width of 79cm, whilst the bathroom door is 68cm wide. There are 17 steps to the first floor, where the double bedroom door is 78cm wide, and the ensuite door is 68cm wide. The door into the lounge/kitchen is 83cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
