To access the villa there is a path which is 233cm wide alongside 3 steps. The front door has a width of 77cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 77cm wide. The path to the pool area is open and 400cm wide. The terrace is flat and tiled. The pool itself has ladder access. The ground floor bedroom has a door width of 72cm, whilst the ensuite door is 62cm wide. There are 19 steps to the first floor, where the double bedroom door is 77cm wide, and the ensuite door is 61cm wide.
