You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

Overlooking one of Cyprus’ most popular and well-established holiday resorts is the newly built Aqua Royal, a detached four bedroom villa with a superb infinity pool and trendy interiors. The villa is very well-equipped to ensure your holiday experience is hassle-free, with Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and satellite TV all included. Its outdoors, however, is where you’re bound to fall in love with this attractive property thanks to its appealing terrace and multitude of sun loungers - enough for everyone to take advantage of Cyprus’ sunny climate. The villa is aptly named, as it offers sensational views down towards the turquoise waters off the Western Coast of the island. Nearby Coral Bay still retains much of its natural beauty despite its wide variety of shops, bars and restaurants on offer, as well as perhaps the best beach in Cyprus which is 600 metres long.

To access the villa there is an open path which is 460cm wide, however there is one step to get to the back door. The front door has a width of 90cm whilst other access doors have a width of 94cm. The outside is an open tiled terrace, access via the path is 100cm wide. There are six steps leading to the pool, where the pool terrace itself is flat. Inside the villa, the widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 75cm wide and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 66cm wide. There are 18 steps to the first floor, where the bedroom door has a width of 75cm, and the bathroom door has a width of 65cm. The Aqua Royal Villa was exactly what we were looking for in a quiet location but near enough to restaurants and bars. Julia was amazing and helped with a late check out and information on local areas to visit as well as taking the time to send us a video of our journey to the town.

An excellent villa. We had a lovely weeks holiday here. Brilliant location and lovely views of the bay. Please note that access to the villa is via an extremely steep road. If you have any mobility issues a car would be advisable. Once you are down the steep road, a lovely walk through the banana plantation will bring you out to the main road where you can catch a bus to coral bay or paphos. The villa was extremely clean and well equipped. It’s set in quiet surroundings and has an excellent pool area. We will definitely be booking another visit.

I could not recommend this villa more, perfect location due to being close to restaurants, supermarket and gift shops. Very quiet during the day time and peaceful at night with no noise from roads or neighboring villas. Perfect view out to sea where we were able to enjoy the sunset most evening. Would love to come back next year!
