The lounge door is 100cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 160cm wide, the living area is open plan. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door from the lounge which is 86cm wide, leading to 5 steps to the pool area or alternatively exit from the front door which has 3 steps to this area, the path to the pool is 100cm wide. The pool/terrace grounds are flat and even, there are mature gardens surrounding the property. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps. The ground floor bedroom door is 73cm wide and the ground floor bathroom door is 71cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom. There are 18 steps leading to the first floor level.
