Accessibility

To access the villa there is a path which is 231cm wide alongside 2 steps. The front door has a width of 183cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 150cm wide. On exiting the villa via the patio doors, there's a step of 6cm. The pool area is tiled and even. From the pool area to the poolside shower, there are 5 steps that lead onto artificial grass. From the poolside, there are a further 5 steps leading to the barbecue area. The ground floor bedroom with the widest door is 79cm wide, whilst the ensuite door is 70cm wide.
