Good and bad - the good first. Idyllic peaceful location, kitchen and ground floor very comfortable and well-appointed, comfy beds, excellent air-conditioned throughout and pool cues with tips (a first!), large safe pool. Now the not so good - poorly maintained. Shower door fell off, bottom loo didn't flush and safe didn't work. As we waited for someone to come and fix, the wheel fell off my wife's lounger. Outside decking had seen much better days and overgrown garden dropped lots of vegetation into the pool. Loads of repairs using white duck tape including dark brown decking. Some lights not working and switches that did nothing. We had a good time but wouldn't go back.

A lovely villa that could do with a bit of TLC to bring it back to its full potential. Upon arriving we had a few issues but upon contacting Solmar these were rectified swiftly and ensured the rest of our stay was great. The outdoor space was fantastic with a lovely pool to relax around. Inside had lots of space and good facilities to ensure our stay was comfortable. Certain areas of the property could do with a better clean and some parts of the property feel a bit dated and not up to the standard we expected. The villa is located in a nice quiet area within short driving distance of some lovely beach restaurants.

The area where the villa is situated is hilly and mountainous. To access the villa there is a path which is 91cm wide and a ramp leading to the front door, the front door is 128cm wide. The lounge door is 128cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 193cm wide, the living area is open plan, there is a guest WC on the ground floor. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 78cm wide, there are 2 steps down from the door to the pool/terrace area, there is a step up from the pool area to the wooden decking where there are sun loungers. To access the the alfresco dining area there is a ramp which is 140cm wide, this leads to 3 steps to the the barbecue area. The pool/terrace grounds are flat, even and a combination of tiled and wooden decking, there are mature gardens surrounding the pool/terrace area. The pool has steps. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor level. There are 17 steps leading to the first floor level.
