Villa Aphrodite Argaka

The reason I did not rate the villa as excellent is due to the condition of the sun loungers and wooden table by the pool. In September 2024 your local representative visited us at the villa and we complained about the poor condition of the sun loungers. He said he agreed and would report it and get something done. We visited the villa again in May 2025 and again in October 2025 and the sun loungers had not been repaired or replaced. Only one of the six sun loungers were fully usable. We like to relax by the pool all day so our comfort was compromised. On one the fabric was ripped and on all of the the backstops for the differing heights were broken and the seats sagged. The wooden table panels are warped, the surface is uneven, hence you have to be careful how you place anything on it. We feel let down by Solmar Villas. We have visited this villa many times and love it. Bearing in mind your of price increases we are very disappointed this matter has not been addressed in 13 months.

Great villa but pool was in the shade large amounts of the day so not as hot as expected 4/6 sun loungers broken and no tables and chairs outside or on balcony off 2nd bedroom only a bench

Great place Very quiet and peaceful Everything you need for a stay Was here for two weeks in aug Massive fridge and a good oven if you wanted to cook Air con was fab Pool really good , had a problem with it in first day Phoned the helpline Villa manager from solmar came up and it was all fixed He came up the next day to see if it was ok Pool table on the top floor was a good thing Needs some more outside tables and chairs as there is loads and loads of space Only negative point was that the pool furniture and picnic table was dated and needs replacing Met the owner who came up to sort the gardens out every couple of days and also to tend to his fields He left us freshly picked grapes off his vines which were really really good
