Managed to speak to someone quickly and they emailed information promptly and had listened to what I needed so service was good.. spoke to someone different the next day and all the information had been recorded so the conversation was easy . Biggest benefit was talking to a real person and not having to navigate lots of AI conversations /options .
The phone is answered quickly, staff are polite, helpful and knowledgeable. If you have a query they are always happy to help or sort any problems. We would definitely recommend Solmar.

Accessibility information
When accessing the property there is a slight incline on the driveway. To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide, leading to 2 steps to the front door, the front door is 66cm wide. The lounge door is 120cm wide and the kitchen/dining room 216cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 72cm wide, there are 8 steps down from the covered terrace to the pool area, the path to the pool is 190cm wide. The outside grounds are flat and even, however there is an uneven path to the alfresco seating/dining area. The pool has steps. There are several steps leading down to the lower floor level, there are also 6 steps leading up to the first floor level, then more steps to the second and third-floor levels.
