You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

With stunning sea views beyond the hills, an infinity pool, and a complimentary hot tub, Aphrodite Hills Superior 100 is a must-see. We were blown away by the distant sea views, peeping through the green rocky hillsides, a beautiful backdrop for your mezze lunches and BBQ feasts.
The blue mosaic infinity pool overlooks this impressive scene, a great spot for swimming a few lengths with an amazing view. Alternatively, the hot tub is bubbling away, grab a glass of something sparkling and enjoy a dip whilst planning your evening ahead. A short walk away and you'll find a selection of local restaurants, offering an array of international cuisines and tasty local dishes.
Great for groups of up to ten people, Aphrodite Hills Superior 100 boasts five impressive bedrooms split over several levels. You enter the villa on the ground floor, where you'll find a spacious open-plan lounge, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. A staircase off the living room leads to the lower ground floor, where you'll find the first two bedrooms and a utility area under the stairs. A small number of steps from the entrance hall leads to the third and fourth bedrooms and a shower room on a mezzanine level. Stairs off of the living room lead to another level where we find a study, living room and walk-in wardrobe, whilst the fifth bedroom is on the third floor with more spectacular sea views.

When accessing the property there is a slight incline on the driveway. To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide, leading to 2 steps to the front door, the front door is 66cm wide. The lounge door is 120cm wide and the kitchen/dining room 216cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 72cm wide, there are 8 steps down from the covered terrace to the pool and hot tub area, the path to the pool is 190cm wide. The outside grounds are flat and even, however there is an uneven path to the alfresco seating/dining area. The pool has steps. There are several steps leading down to the lower floor level, there are also 6 steps leading up to the first floor level, then more steps to the second and third-floor levels.
