You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Aphrodite Hills Elite Junior UJ01 is beautiful inside and out. Located within walking distance of the complex amenities, this villa is a great choice for those looking to unwind and relax without the need to hire a car. This property really does have it all! On arrival, you'll be greeted with a welcome pack, containing an array of essentials and treats, from milk, wine and coffee, to biscuits, bread, and cheeses. You'll also receive a daily clean for that extra sparkle, bathroom essentials such as bathrobes, slippers, shampoos and shower gels, and you'll also have access to the hotel's facilities, such as the Retreat Spa and Splash Park.
Alternatively, poolside back at the villa may be where you're spending most of your time, soaking up the sunshine as you admire the rustic views beyond. When accessing the property there is a slight incline on the driveway. To access the villa there is a path which is 283cm wide, leading to 2 steps to the front door, the front door is 80cm wide. The lounge door is 57cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 235cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 126cm wide, the path to the pool is 242cm wide. The outside grounds are flat and even, there are some areas of the garden which are grassed. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor level. There are 19 steps leading to the first floor level.
