Villa Marilia is in a good location to enjoy dozens of walks in the area. The kitchen is huge and felt like a trek from one side to the other, not a complaint - just an observation on it's size! The only complaint I have is the lack of water pressure. We were barely getting any water out of the taps and the toilets would flush once - soon discovered though that the pool was being filled, once I turned the hose off to the pool the "normal" low pressure was restored. Could do with a water pump. Plenty of areas outside to catch the sun all day if you just want to stay at the villa all day.

The pool needs cleaning and some general upkeep. That’s why it’s not 5 stars. Lovely view. Excellent space. Very peaceful.

The area where the villa is situated is hilly and mountainous. To access the villa there is a path which is 110cm wide, leading to 3 steps to the front door, the front door is 170cm wide. The lounge and kitchen/dining room doors are 150cm wide, there is a guest WC on the ground floor level. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 76cm wide, there are 3 steps from the path to the pool area, the path to the pool is 76cm wide. The outside grounds are flat and even. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor level. There are 18 steps leading to the first floor level. The bedroom doors are 80cm wide and the bathroom door is 63cm wide, this is a shower/bath type bathroom. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
