Managed to speak to someone quickly and they emailed information promptly and had listened to what I needed so service was good.. spoke to someone different the next day and all the information had been recorded so the conversation was easy . Biggest benefit was talking to a real person and not having to navigate lots of AI conversations /options .

The area where the villa is situated is hilly and mountainous. To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide, leading to 17 steps down to the front door, the front door is 87cm wide. The lounge door is 87cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 131cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which 147cm wide, when exiting from the lounge door there is a step down to the terrace area then another step down from the terrace to the pool area, the path to the pool is 950cm wide. The pool/ terrace grounds are flat, tiled and even, the gardens are gravelled with shrubbery. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps. The ground floor bedroom door is 75cm wide and the ground floor bathroom door is 65cm wide, this is a shower/bath type bathroom. There are 17 steps leading to the first floor level.
