You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

Villa Latchi Thea has magnificent panoramic views over Chrysochou Bay and Latchi Harbour. The villa is located within the scenic setting of the Akamas Peninsula in Southern Cyprus, nestled on a sun-drenched hillside with breath-taking views. Take a deep breath and feel the ambience of this amazing villa as soon as you step inside.
The villa has modern feel, furnished to a high standard with furnishings carefully hand-picked with the help of celebrity interior designer Linda Barker and is complete with a private pool and landscaped garden.
Downstairs, the villa features an open-plan living area that enjoys spectacular sea views and soft furnishings, a satellite TV and a DVD player. The dining area seats 6, and the contemporary kitchen features all the main appliances needed for a comfortable self-catering stay. A double bedroom and separate bathroom with shower and bathtub are also located on the ground floor.
A marble staircase leads up to the first floor to two further bedrooms, one twin and one double sharing a family bathroom.
Outside the villa you will find a spacious and sunny garden area with a fabulous private pool surrounded by various plants and trees. There is ample space for sunbathing and outside dining, and a winding staircase leads up to an open first-floor balcony area, where you can enjoy the late afternoon sun.
This villa is magnificent in every way and is in one of the most picturesque areas of Cyprus.

The area where the villa is situated is hilly and mountainous. To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide, leading to 14 steps to the front door, the front door is 86cm wide. The lounge door is 102cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 69cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 135cm wide, there is a small step down from the terrace then a slight slope towards the pool area, the path to the pool is 100cm wide. The outside grounds are flat and tiled. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps. The ground floor bedroom door is 82cm wide and the ground floor bathroom door is 73cm wide, this is a shower/bath type bathroom. There are 17 steps leading to the first floor level.
