Managed to speak to someone quickly and they emailed information promptly and had listened to what I needed so service was good.. spoke to someone different the next day and all the information had been recorded so the conversation was easy . Biggest benefit was talking to a real person and not having to navigate lots of AI conversations /options .
The phone is answered quickly, staff are polite, helpful and knowledgeable. If you have a query they are always happy to help or sort any problems. We would definitely recommend Solmar.

The villa is on one level. To access the villa there is a path which is 132cm wide, leading to 2 steps to the front door, the front door is 80cm wide. The lounge and kitchen/dining room doors are 314cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 128cm wide, there are 2 steps from the terrace to the pool area, the path to the pool is 398cm wide. The outside grounds are flat and even. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps. The bedroom and bathroom doors are 76cm wide, there are 2 steps from the bedroom patio doors that lead down to the pool/terrace area. “Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
