Only just booked holiday, but all good so far. Phoned for advice, call was answered quickly and query resolved. Booked online and there was an issue with flights not appearing on confirmation. Called again, picked up straight away and advised flights would be added manually on system. They appeared almost immediately with follow up email, so very impressed with service. Looking forward to holiday and receiving additional information from their ‘concierge service’. If the rest of the holiday process is as good as the initial booking, I’ll recommend without hesitation.

Managed to speak to someone quickly and they emailed information promptly and had listened to what I needed so service was good.. spoke to someone different the next day and all the information had been recorded so the conversation was easy . Biggest benefit was talking to a real person and not having to navigate lots of AI conversations /options .
The phone is answered quickly, staff are polite, helpful and knowledgeable. If you have a query they are always happy to help or sort any problems. We would definitely recommend Solmar.

To access the villa there is a path which is 120cm wide, leading to a step to the front door, the front door is 120cm wide. The lounge and the kitchen/dining room doors are 120cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 120cm wide, there is one step down to the pool area. The outside grounds are flat and even. The pool has steps. There are no bedooms or bathrooms on the ground floor level. There are 18 steps leading to the first floor . The bedrooms doors are 78cm wide and the bathroom door is 67cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom. “Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.

All villa rental rates include preparation, linen, towels (excluding poolside towels unless stated), pool maintenance, water, electricity, gardening and various levels of cleaning and preparation. For more details on what to expect before, during and after your stay please read our FAQs.
