You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

Comfortably able to accommodate up to seven guests, this three-bedroom villa is a must-see for beach holidays. Located only 360m from the sandy shoreline of Pernera, this beautiful white-washed villa is a great choice. Local convenience stores are just at the end of the road, whilst local eateries are aplenty. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, this villa has its own private parking, however, a car isn't necessary here.
The pool is where you'll be spending most of your time, soaking up the rays in style with a glass of wine or fresh fruit juice in hand. Sun loungers line the pool, whilst alfresco dining and a brick-built BBQ are readily available.
The inside is minimalistic, with an open-plan ground floor and three cosy bedrooms on the first floor.

To access the villa there is a path that's 200cm wide alongside 2 steps. The front door has a width of 84cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 84cm wide. The villa grounds are tiled and flat, whilst the pool itself requires ladder access. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor. The door into the kitchen is 104cm wide, whilst the door into the lounge is 114cm wide.
