This villa is in a hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 200cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 85cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 130cm wide. The path to the terrace is 200cm wide. The villa grounds and pool area are mostly tiled with mature foliage and stones. There is an additional garden attached to the villa, this is accessed via 6 steps. There is 1 small step down to the pool area. This can be seen in the images. The pool itself has steps access. The ground floor double bedroom door is 79cm wide, whilst the ensuite door is 69cm wide. The door into the kitchen is 103cm wide, and the door into the lounge is 140cm wide. There are 17 steps to the first floor, where the double bedroom door is 79cm wide, and the ensuite door is 69cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
