To access the villa there is a path which is 94cm wide alongside 6 steps to the ground floor. The front door has a width of 87cm, whilst the door to the upper terrace is 88cm wide. The terrace is open-plan and flat, whilst there is a slight lip down from the shaded area to the poolside. The pool/terrace is on the lower ground floor. Access to the terrace and lower ground floor is either via an internal staircase, or via the steep sloped driveway and via the back patio door which is 74cm wide. The pool itself has ladder access. Inside, there are no ground floor bedrooms or bathrooms. The lower ground floor double bedroom doors have a width of 72cm wide, whilst the shower room door is 60cm wide. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 124cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 104cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
