To access the villa there is a path which is 200cm wide, leading to 3 steps to the front door, the front door is 82cm wide. The lounge and kitchen/dining room doors are 200cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 79cm wide, the path to the pool is 120cm wide, there is one step down to the pool area. The outside grounds are tiled and flat. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor level. There are 18 steps leading to the first floor.
