To access the villa there is a path which is 200cm wide, leading to the front door which is 74cm wide. The lounge and kitchen/dining room doors are 200cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 130cm wide. The outside grounds are flat and even, there are 6 steps to an extended garden which leads down to the sea. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps. The ground floor bedroom doors are 74cm wide and the ground floor bathroom door is 64cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom. There are 18 steps leading to the first floor.
