To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide, leading to a step to the front the door, the front door is 84cm wide. The lounge and kitchen/dining room doors are 120cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 73cm wide, there is a path to the pool which is 150cm wide. The outside grounds are small and compact, however the ground is even and flat. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor level. There are 17 steps leading to the first floor.
