To access the villa there is a path which is 120cm, leading to a step to the front door, the front door is 92cm wide. The lounge and kitchen/dining room is open plan, there are 2 steps down leading to a toilet. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 120cm wide, there is a path to the pool which is 200cm wide. The outside grounds are flat and tiled. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor level. There are 20 steps leading to the first floor.
