Managed to speak to someone quickly and they emailed information promptly and had listened to what I needed so service was good.. spoke to someone different the next day and all the information had been recorded so the conversation was easy . Biggest benefit was talking to a real person and not having to navigate lots of AI conversations /options .

To access the villa there is a path which is 98cm wide, leading to a step to the front door, the front door is 102cm wide. The lounge and kitchen/dining area is open plan. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 137cm wide, the outside grounds are flat and have decking with an area that is grassed. The pool has steps, there is no handrail. The ground floor bedroom door is 80cm wide and the ground floor bathroom is 89cm wide, this is a shower-type bathroom. There are 19 steps leading to the first floor. The first floor bedroom doors are 75cm wide and the first floor bathroom doors are 73cm wide.
