To access the villa there is a path which is 120cm wide alongside 3 steps. The parking area is on a slight gradient. The front door has a width of 84cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 100cm wide. The terrace is open-plan and on a very slight gradient, consisting of tiles and lawn. There are 2 steps to the poolside, however, you can go around the side of the property via no steps. The pool itself has step access. Inside, the ground floor WC is accessed via 3 internal steps. The ground floor hallway is narrow at 80cm wide. The ground floor bedroom door is 80cm wide, whilst the ensuite door is 67cm wide. There are 18 steps to the first floor. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 200cm wide and the door into the lounge area is also 200cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
