To access the the villa there is a path which is 200cm wide, leading to 2 steps to the front door, the front door is 85cm wide. The lounge and kitchen/dining area is open plan. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 87cm wide, the area is flat and grassed. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps. The ground floor bedroom doors are 73cm wide and the ground floor bathroom doors are 64cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom. There are 17 steps leading to the first floor.
