To access the villa there is a path which is 90cm wide along with 1 step. The front door has a width of 102cm, whilst other access doors have a width of 200cm. The path to the pool is 200cm wide. The pool terrace is flat, even and spacious. The pool itself has ladder access with 3 steps. Inside, the bedroom on the ground floor with the widest door is the double bedroom, with a width of 76cm, whilst the shower room has a door width of 73cm. The shower room and toilet on the ground floor does require step access, there are 4 steps. There are 17 steps to the first floor. The widest bedroom door is 76cm wide, this is the master bedroom and the widest bathroom door is 73cm wide.
