This villa is in a hilly area of Protaras. To access the villa there is a path which is 120cm wide along with 3 steps. The front door has a width of 169cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 164cm wide. On exiting the villa via the patio doors, there are 4 steps down to the pool area. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 300cm wide, and tiled. The pool itself has step access. On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom to the right of the front door, this has a door width of 82cm, whilst the shower room with the widest door is located through the double bedroom to the left of the front door. This shower room has a door width of 58cm. There are 18 steps to the first floor where the master bedroom door has a width of 78cm, and the ensuite has a door width of 61cm. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 84cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 165cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
