To access the villa there is a path which is 110cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 85cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 200cm wide. The outside area is tiled, flat, and even. The pool itself has ladder access. The ground floor double bedroom has a door width of 74cm, whilst the shower room door is 58cm wide. There are 18 steps to the first floor, where the widest bedroom door is 76cm, and the family bathroom door is 67cm wide.
