You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

This brand-new 5-bedroom villa is situated in a prime, central location, just a brief stroll to the popular Protaras strip, the nearest beach, and the diverse array of bars, restaurants, and shops that Protaras has to offer. The villa, recently constructed, is fully equipped with contemporary furniture and fittings to ensure a comfortable stay.
Upon entering the villa, you'll encounter the spacious, open-plan living room, kitchen, and dining area, enveloped by expansive bi-fold patio doors that lead to the garden and pool. The living room boasts a cosy corner sofa and a Smart TV. The dining area features a table and chairs for seating 10 people, while the kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils needed for an enjoyable self-catering stay. A convenient shower room is also located on this floor.
Ascending the stairs, you'll discover three of the bedrooms— one double and two twins. The master bedroom includes an en suite shower room. Additionally, the main family bathroom with a shower is situated on this floor. For an extra touch, the villa offers a rooftop terrace with a seating area that overlooks sea views, accessible from the first floor.
Descending to the lower ground floor, accessible from the living room, you'll find the two remaining bedrooms— one double and one twin. Another bathroom with a shower, a small utility area, and a football table complete this level.

To access the villa there is a path which is 120cm wide alongside 3 steps. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 180cm wide. The terrace is open-plan, flat and tiled, with an area of artificial lawn. The pool itself has step access. Inside, there are no ground floor bedrooms. There are 20 steps to the first floor. The master bedroom door is 73cm wide, whilst the ensuite door is 62cm wide.
