To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide alongside 3 steps. The front door has a width of 150cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 200cm wide. On leaving the villa via the patio doors, there's a wooden decking area to reach the pool. This is flat and even. There is also a partially lawned garden with mature trees and plants. There are 19 steps to the first floor, where the master bedroom has a door width of 72cm, and the ensuite door is also 72cm wide.
