Managed to speak to someone quickly and they emailed information promptly and had listened to what I needed so service was good.. spoke to someone different the next day and all the information had been recorded so the conversation was easy . Biggest benefit was talking to a real person and not having to navigate lots of AI conversations /options .

To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide alongside 3 steps. The front door has a width of 150cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 200cm wide. On leaving the villa via the patio doors, there's a wooden decking area to reach the pool. This is flat and even. There is also a partially lawned garden with mature trees and plants. This is also flat and even. The pool itself has step access. The ground floor double bedroom has a door width of 73cm, whilst the ensuite shower room door is 62cm wide. There are 19 steps to the first floor, where the master bedroom has a door width of 72cm, and the ensuite door is also 72cm wide. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 110cm wide and the door into the lounge area is also 150cm wide.
