The villa features a single step leading to the front door, which is 80cm wide. The path to the villa measures 130cm in width. The outdoor space is flat and fully tiled, providing even ground around both the house and the pool. The path to the pool area is 200cm wide, and exterior access doors measure 70cm in width. The pool is accessible via ladders. Inside the villa, there are no changes in height on the ground floor. The first floor is accessible via 17 steps. A twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom is located on the ground floor. The bedroom door is 75cm wide, while the en-suite bathroom door measures 60cm in width.
