Managed to speak to someone quickly and they emailed information promptly and had listened to what I needed so service was good.. spoke to someone different the next day and all the information had been recorded so the conversation was easy . Biggest benefit was talking to a real person and not having to navigate lots of AI conversations /options .

Accessibility information
To access the villa there is a path which is 200cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 140cm wide. The terrace is open-plan, flat and tiled. The pool itself has ladder access. On the left-hand side of the pool, there is a seating area which is slightly raised, and accessed via 1 step. The pool can also be accessed from the parking area via 1 step. The ground floor double bedroom has a door width of 65cm, whilst the shower room door is 57cm wide. There are 18 steps to the first floor, where the twin bedroom has a door width of 63cm, and the main bathroom door is 60cm wide. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 200cm wide and the door into the lounge area is also 200cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.

All villa rental rates include preparation, linen, towels (excluding poolside towels unless stated), pool maintenance, water, electricity, gardening and various levels of cleaning and preparation. For more details on what to expect before, during and after your stay please read our FAQs.
