Only just booked holiday, but all good so far. Phoned for advice, call was answered quickly and query resolved. Booked online and there was an issue with flights not appearing on confirmation. Called again, picked up straight away and advised flights would be added manually on system. They appeared almost immediately with follow up email, so very impressed with service. Looking forward to holiday and receiving additional information from their ‘concierge service’. If the rest of the holiday process is as good as the initial booking, I’ll recommend without hesitation.

Managed to speak to someone quickly and they emailed information promptly and had listened to what I needed so service was good.. spoke to someone different the next day and all the information had been recorded so the conversation was easy . Biggest benefit was talking to a real person and not having to navigate lots of AI conversations /options .
The phone is answered quickly, staff are polite, helpful and knowledgeable. If you have a query they are always happy to help or sort any problems. We would definitely recommend Solmar.

The villa is accessed via a flat path leading to the front entrance door, which is 80cm wide. The ground floor is on one level, fully tiled, and includes a separate WC. The kitchen door is 80cm wide, and the lounge entrance is 110cm wide. The first floor is reached by a staircase with 18 steps and is also on one level. The master bedroom has a 70cm-wide door, and the ensuite bathroom door is also 70cm wide. There are no bathtubs in the villa, only showers. The first floor includes a balcony, accessible via one step. The exterior of the villa is fully tiled, including the pool area and terraces. From the lounge patio doors, there is one step out to the terrace and an additional step down to the pool terrace. The swimming pool is accessed via a ladder.
