You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

Napa Bay View 3 is located on the outskirts of Ayia Napa, less than a 5-minute drive to the very centre of this bustling resort. Part of the Napa Bay villas, this gorgeous property is a home-from-home. Sat between neighbouring villas, this three-bedroom villa is great for up to six guests. Alternatively, it can be booked alongside its sister villas Napa Bay View 2, 4, 7 and 8 for larger bookings. The pool terrace is surrounded by tropical bushes and colourful plants, whilst reclining sun loungers sit poolside. For alfresco dining, there's a portable BBQ, ideal for cooking up some tasty halloumi skewers or marinated veggies for friends and family.
Inside, the villa is homely with contemporary furnishings and a neutral colour scheme of whites and greys. The comfy living room opens up into the kitchen area, complete with a dining table, breakfast bar, dishwasher, and washing machine. A guest WC completes the ground floor whilst we find three minimalistic and comfortable bedrooms on the first floor. Be sure to bag the master double bedroom, complete with a sea-view balcony and ensuite.

To access the villa there is a path which is 145cm wide and no steps. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 70cm wide. From the patio doors there is a step to access the pool area. It is also possible to access the terrace from the parking area, there are no steps taking this route. The terrace is open-plan, flat and tiled. The pool itself has ladder access. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor. There are 18 steps to the first floor where the master bedroom has a door width of 70cm and the shower room has a door width of 60cm. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 80cm wide and the door into the lounge area is also 100cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
