You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

Located on the outskirts of Ayia Napa, this villa is great for those wanting to explore this part of the island. You're a short 3-minute drive to the centre of this bustling resort, where you'll be greeted by busy bars, international cuisine, local tavernas, souvenir shops, and supermarkets. For fun-filled days out, there are amusements and arcade parks, sandy beaches and local churches to visit.
Alternatively, head back to the villa for relaxing days poolside. There's a BBQ for your alfresco dining needs and a dining table taking prime stage under the sunshine. Unwind and relax on the garden sofas, whilst enjoying this years best selling book and a mezze platter shared between friends and family. Inside, the villa is open-plan and minimalistic, with neutral whites and greys to brighten the rooms. The living room is in an L-shape and leads round to the fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the latest appliances. To access the villa there is a path which is 130cm wide alongside 2 steps. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 80cm wide. Outside, there is 1 step to the terrace area. The terrace is flat, whilst the pool itself has ladder access. Inside, there are no ground floor bedrooms. There are 18 steps to the first floor, where the first bedroom on your left, has a door width of 70cm, and the shower room door is also 70cm wide. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 200cm wide and the door into the lounge area is also 200cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
