Only just booked holiday, but all good so far. Phoned for advice, call was answered quickly and query resolved. Booked online and there was an issue with flights not appearing on confirmation. Called again, picked up straight away and advised flights would be added manually on system. They appeared almost immediately with follow up email, so very impressed with service. Looking forward to holiday and receiving additional information from their ‘concierge service’. If the rest of the holiday process is as good as the initial booking, I’ll recommend without hesitation.

Managed to speak to someone quickly and they emailed information promptly and had listened to what I needed so service was good.. spoke to someone different the next day and all the information had been recorded so the conversation was easy . Biggest benefit was talking to a real person and not having to navigate lots of AI conversations /options .
The phone is answered quickly, staff are polite, helpful and knowledgeable. If you have a query they are always happy to help or sort any problems. We would definitely recommend Solmar.

To access the villa there is a path which is 200cm wide, leading to a step to the front door, the front door is 84cm wide. The lounge and the kitchen/dining room doors are 120cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 74cm wide, the path to the pool is 200cm wide. The outside grounds are flat. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps. The ground floor bedroom door is 72cm wide and the ground floor bathroom door is 64cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom. There are 17 steps leading to the first floor. The first floor bedroom door is 73cm wide and the first floor bathroom door is 64cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom. All villa rental rates include preparation, linen, towels (excluding poolside towels unless stated), pool maintenance, water, electricity, gardening and various levels of cleaning and preparation. For more details on what to expect before, during and after your stay please read our FAQs.
